Job Title: Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Littleton, CO. This onsite role is responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform 2-way and 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with month-end close, accruals, and AP reporting.
• Maintain vendor records and support vendor inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with procurement and other departments to resolve issues.
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle AP experience; senior-level or lead experience preferred.
• Systems: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).
• Strong understanding of the procure-to-pay process.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule

• Onsite in Littleton, CO
• Monday-Friday, standard business hours

Compensation

• $25-$30 per hour (based on experience)
